Thats isn't a Sharingan maybe its the New Sage Power, The Sharingan only come along with the bloodline Curse of the UCHIHA Clan

It might a powerful technique than Mangekyo Sharingan and only could happen in Naruto cause he have a big amount of Chakra.

I don't think its fake, and I hope its real so we can see Kakashi's face even if he dies, I see at least the 4th in action for a little bit.

On the page where kakashi supposidly dies If u look at the bottom of the page it says "pay close attention" and then it has an arrow to the next page. If u pay close attention to the next page then if u look in the bottom right corner there is a picture of kakashi there and hes still alive.

I have heard in spoilers that tsunade will die, there is a chance that the author might decide to keep her alive but most likely she will die and naruto will become the next hokage
