At :33, that trick, as well as the "w columns", is called 423. The first method is just using circular throws, the next column throws, but it's still the same trick.
@Juggler1097 When learning 4 balls, it is VERY important to be able to juggle them both ways. Although, it may be the same trick, it is quite important to be able to juggle both.

Its weird though...for me, the synchronous pattern is easier than the asynchronous one.
