Haha, that was funny. I like Cramer, but I wouldn't take his stock advice at face value. The only reason people hated Cramer was because they couldn't get the Bear Stearns CEO or any of those other thieves on TV.
I think its sad that people have to go to a comedy show to get the real news and they get bullshit from the purported real news site. And Kramer is a pussy by the way, He didnt even try to stand up for himself, on one hand, he agreed with stewart and then let him burn him down, but then he didnt even do anything about it. either he should have apologized and admited, like he did and then actually followed through on that and started telling the truth, or he should have stood up for himself
As a fan of both Cramer and Jon Stewart, Stewart had every right to make fun of Jim's stock picks. Similarly, Cramer is right when he says that as a comedian it's not in Jon's interest to focus on when he does things right. People that use Jon Stewart as their primary source of news are sad individuals. Though, they MAY be in better shape than those who watch the paranoid delusions of some "news programs".
Cramer i hope your reading this buddy. Just wanted to say why isn't you haven't Killed you self yet sir!?. KILL YOUR SELF CRAMER at least have the BALLS to do that PLEASE.
@acecabyellow7 I think I can pick his thoughts. He is thinking... "right after you and Jon Stewart, buddy". "or maybe some years after that". "Or maybe I'll just let nature run it's course, but still, it's ok if you and Stewart go right now".
But wasn't he squirming around telling John Stewart he was going to change? Shame on you Jim Cramer.. You got owned by a comedian.. I bet going to work the next day was quite embarrassing for him. Lol
I will forever and always despise CNBC and Jim Cramer...I watched his show for way too late and got burnt as a result. But that's what I get for trying to take advice from a news network...
I just watched the show on comedy central's website. Cramer had fear in his eyes.
Anyone remember crossfire? Gone after Jon Stewart destroyed its credibility. That show started in 1982. Jon appeared on it the last quarter of 2004. In 2005 it was gone.
Anyone notice that the clip he showed from martha stewart wasn't even the same clip that the daily show used....
@AMcGrath82 He doesn't mislead anyone. Idiots can screw anything up. People that only listen to part of his show are the ones that screwed over. If you paid attention you would know he says to do your own homework. He nevers claims omniscience.
@ndividuall if you go to the doctor and he tells you you are fine, but then you die of a fucking brain tumor 5 days later, do you think your family is going to be with the explanation from your doctor that he isnt omniscient? no hes not omniscient but hes a FUCKING DOCTOR!! hes supposed to know that shit. Jim Cramer is a money expert and purportedly didnt know there was gonna be a recession because of the housing bubble. Im a recent high school graduate and i saw it coming. some expert
it is pretty clever... at least he can roll with the punches .. he got his ass kicked he knows and there not much else you can do with so much egg on your face... but seriously i hope there is an investigation and we can go back to being adults now instead of kids in a candy shop
"Yeah! Now back to business as usual." That sounds ominous and scary. The man took nothing away from that interview and will most likely continue to provide his version of "good financial advise." Pretty sad.
whats sad is i allmost got into the financial market b because of him. i wasnt the age to go into the market i was only 18 at the time but i was planning my financials but i am also a daily show fan so when i saw that interview i sent in many a angry unawnsered email to him about how he nearly led my life into disaster
that was actually really funny, let's not get all negative on him. He's a smart dude, it's just people started to think he's God or something. Don't trust anyone, make your own calls. And definitely don't blame anyone for your own mistakes.
People, people, get a sense of humor! Cramer actually pulled one of The Daily Show's (and the Colbert Report's) standard gags - it's the classic "Bait and Switch" for comedic effect! We all thought he (and the graphics) was referring to one Stewart, and it turned out to be the other. Hi-larious! Kudos to him for taking his lumps like a man.
Damn I totally forgot about the fact that she is named Stewart as well xD hahaha I was sitting there thinking... this is a bit lame. But I guess it was pretty clever.
Damn, talk about getting destroyed, before and after going on the daily show. Hell he was like a nervous wreck on Martha Stewart. Well, hopefully that will knock him down a few notches on the hyper-meter, he acts like a kid in a candy store on his show.
I saw this. I was curious as to how he would do his show. Notice...how he said " they are slippery little devils" wonder if it was fruit he was referring to? ...the show was the same garbage lol. I will not watch it. Actually with all the garbage they give us on t/v ...It should be FREE!
