well your right and wrong, propane is better, makes more power but hits harder and more dangerous, kinda like nos on a gas burner. on a diesel, nos just helps burn up what extra fuel you have. once it burns that up just kinda quits, so its really safer on a diesel than propane. done tried them both, but hey just my 3 cents

I have a stock 06 Duramax and love it. But what is the deal w/ the MPG, 15 tops w/o load on hwy and 12.5 city. Good thing I kept my 95 Dodge 12 valve B-series for work, shes good for 19.5.

By the way GM canceled the Isuzu linked Duramax and redesigned a completely different diesel to debut 2010 or 2011 but will still be called the duramax since they created the name. Duramax is shit. Its not even made in America. Its made by Isuzu which is a Japanese company. Ford diesels are made by Navistar. Cummins is made by Cummins or CAT one of them two. So, the only all American trucks are Ford and Dodge. 2008 F250 Supter Duty Powerstroke 6.4l V8 TurboDiesel is what I drive on my ranch. Neighbor drives a Dodge 3500 w/ Cummins

if you do street towing.... i can see tiny tires. but for the applications i am in i prefer a solid axle with at least a bigger tire like 265/75/r16 or bigger. i towed and hauled things off road to get to work sites and projects. and yes ifs rides a little nicer but the wear and tear that people like me put on trucks, the ifs will never be able to handle it. so in conclusion, give me a straight axle truck over any ifs truck any day of the week.
