  • I know personally this is one of the most convoluted and difficult subjects to credibly research...

    But anything that is highly oxidizing your vascular tissue can't be good you.

    Saturated and monounsaturated fats are very stable and therefore create few free radicals. Polyunsaturated fats no question do breakdown readily into free radicals it is not a far stretch that these in turn oxidize your blood vessels.

    blaming cholesterol is a bit like blaming fires on firemen.
