Eh, dogs always dislike being in a grooming area. I work at a dog groomer's. But really, bathing a dog is fairly easy, just rinse VERY carefully, and be sure to fully dry the dog so it doesn't feel uncomfortable afterwards. C: Just be sure to scrub and scratch at dirty fur with your nails to get all the dirt out, then rinse multiple times.

You must be a very insecure groomer if you think a shampoo is a trade secret! People bring their dogs to you for the convenience! You trim nails and hair, clean ears and anal glands... all that stuff that the client hates to do. If you think the smell is the only reason I take my dog to the groomer, you should get another job! sheesh
