It looks to me like a square concrete building. The outside areas are small enclosed cages with minimal landscaping. There is no way that the solar panels can provide the power required for even the halogen lighting for the corral reefs. One of the displays inside shows that concrete is one of the top industrial contributors of global warming, this building is mostly concrete.
