b18 for sure more torque and possibilities, I have a fully built b18b1 in my 94 eg hatch with a garret a/r .70 turbo and it made 290whp on only 9psi ...go with the B18 either gsr or LS and you will be pleased

@feloniiec for sure man be careful how much they charge you for motor and all my buddy does swaps for a living and he rebuilt my motor for me and swapped it all in for a little more than $2k for a gsr swap the motor/tranny alone will cost about $2,500 not including other stuff you will need...gsr rocks though for an NA set-up
