I love reading all the comments where people get bent out of shape over feeding goldfish, lol. Nice Gar and goliath tiger. Is that a payara? BTW those RBP's wont last in there with the others. Once they get some size to them they will gang up on the other "beasts"
For the people talking about, "animal cruelty". Those feeder gold fish are kept in a tank that is overcrowded. The fish aren't meant to live more than a month. They are bought to feed other animals, hence the word "FEEDER"
i see this cruelty to the goldfish argument from both sides, in some ways im like poor gold fish no chance etc. however the food raised for humans faces the same predicament and also its no different really to feeding pet lizzards insects.
in nature there is a balance that both creatures have a chance of living those goldfish have no hope of survival you sick person do you not have any feelings about those poor goldfish getting torn apart.
would a 4 inch goliath tiger fish attack any of these fish: 6 inch arowana, 8 inch gar, 5 inch stingray, 8 inch clown knife, 6 inch tarpon, 5 inch pacu and a 5 inch african leaf fish??
@vespers119 dude its America we have the right 2 do what we want and if u can take care of any animal and provide it with a good home and food and a nice place 2 live then i thinks its perfectly fine 2 own that animal
This is a perfect example of an idiot that has more money than common sense. There are so many things wrong with the tank setups in this video, there is no where near enough room for the fish that inhabit the tanks at the size they are, never mind the size they will be in a month. Oh and BTW you should NEVER EVER USE GOLDFISH AS FEEDERS, they have little to no nutritious value for predatory fish and are riddled with parasites. Feed silver sides or earthworms.
This is the Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny. Good Fish, Bad Fish and Explosions. AS far as the eye can see and only one will survive I wonder who it will be. This is the Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny.
Im thinking of getting a florida gar, an arowana, and putting them in the same tank as a black ghost they are all about the same size and i was wondering if they would attack each other. The tank is a 30 gallon its about 2feet high and 1foot long and 1foot wide all of the fish are basically babies and ill upgrade when its needed but yeah was wondering if that was smart idea
@joeyb825 You won't be able to grow them out all at once like that, and your tank is too small for a growout. The black ghot will grow much more slowly than the others, and would be likely to get eaten eventually, and the gar will be likely to attack the aro until it is at least 12", and young aros are extremely fragile, so that wouldn't work out, either. I would start out with the aro in a 75 gallon (at least), then once it gets to a decent size, add the gar and go from there.
Funny how you never see these fish fully grown in a tank that is big enough for them. Makes you wonder why you fools get them when you cannot properly house them.
Our pet store said it is illegal in some states depending on the place. And even if its not illegal i still prefer not to feed them live food ( it depends) I read it in several sites. I feed my 3 piranhas and 1 pacu pieces of fish and shrimps. thanks for asking!
Dude it is illegal to feed piranhas (ELONGATUS AND RED BELLIED!) piranhas live food like that pacu so just please dont feed live food for your piranhas for the sake of their lives man!
Awsome , this fish are completly brutal , how do you get them , especially the goliath, an other question , what you do whit them when it grows a lot (goliath tiger) because i have seen pictures of it an it can be huge , once again awsome
@Tankmonsters Jeeze I saw one of these at a pet store in MD, one of the coolest fish I have ever seen, he fed it a gold fish and it gobbled it up. Amazing site! You have an amazing fish!
@serrasalmus1000 nah thats way too small a 125 isnt wide enough maybe a 300 for minimum these are huge fish they need to be housed properly or not bought
@serrasalmus1000 the thing is, dont get it if you cant house it why would you make it suffer from nose run amd ammonia burn in a small tank you should know these get way too big for any 100-250 gallon tank like i said a stable size would be 260-300+
@Tankmonsters videos of fish eating smaller fish for entertainment are not as cool as you think. too bad we can't shrink you and throw you in there too
Your right man, I watch this video all the time, its on my favorites lol. Tight song too! I hope someday I can get a big tank and have some awesome fish like this. I have an african lungfish and he is getting quite aggressive the bigger he gets.
this is amazing, im 15, i actually admire your tank , i lvoe how you keep your tank up to standard and everything, what filters do you use, and as for the fag who comented that you were an idiot you are not, you obviously know your fish, and i love your aliigator gar, the red belly pahranas are beasts to my friend
@rapture095 There's nothing "up to standard" about that tank and it's stocking, and it shows that he certainly doesn't know his fish, other than how to kill them. I doubt any of those tigers live to be larger than 2 feet, especially not when being fed on goldfish. Do your future fish a favor and go to an aquarium to admire fish; don't think this guy is a good standard because his predatory fish decide to eat.

@Jamberry001 Well obviously you dont understand what you are talking about. I only feed them live food in the video to make it cool, it i fed them my blend of protein food i mix for them it would be boring to watch. And gradually you move up in tank sizes, if i put these fish into a 500 gallon or 1000 gallon right away they could easily become sick because with tanks that big the water pH and water changes take a while to correct. so u move up slowly in tank sizes to keep a healthy fish.
@Tankmonsters And you're obviously making excuses. There is no logic in what you just said. Yes, large volumes of water take a while to stabilize, which you would do BEFORE adding your fish, thus not being an issue. Any problems that take a while to correct in monster tanks also take a while to build up to them, which would be because of a lazy keeper, not because it's just a lot of water. You let your fish kill each other and enjoy it. You're not a fish hobbyist, you're just into carnage.
@Tankmonsters Or maybe if you just did routine tank maintenance like your supposed to then you wouldn't have that problem. Lazy ass logic at its finest right there.
