Music is Gurumayi Chidvilasananda (Guru of the Siddha Yoga Foundation) and devotees  chanting Om Namah Shivayah. I recognise this particular Chant; I think recorded @ Sth Fallsburg Siddha Yoga Ashram, Fallsburg, Upstate New York around the late 80's.

@innerbalance11 The only problem I have is that when I enter my imagination, the physical world is still around me and I can feel it. I cannot FEEL the things I see in my head, I can only see them. What else do I need?

@Anexor We have dominion over our feelings we need to imagine what the feelings would feel like as well ..... this is normal and common to start ... but once you imagine say the light coming in then imagine what it may sound like then you can imagine what it will feel like. Once you do this you are free of the physical restrains. It takes practice and a little coaching .... I'm here if you need.
