  • Yes shrugs are for your traps. Some times I work them in with my shoulders and other times I do them with back.

  • Aint a big importances, but does it matter for shoulder DB press if I sit 90 degree angle or slightly lean like yours? Does it benefit etc...

  • Either way is fine. As long as the tension is on your delts. Don't lean back so far that your chest is the primary mover.
