Apparently you didn't realize that he was comboing it to death by chaining knockovers together. So he probably wouldn't get a lesser time should he try to hit the head.
well when i did the quest i found knocking it over with the superpound and then following the knockover up with some hits to the head gave me a knock out so i got free hits, then as soon as it stood up again superpound again. Apparently you didnt consider this?
Boy, he doesn't fall over NEARLY as often for me in that training. His insta-tailswing gets me every time.

improve your time by concentrating on the head when you knock it over, you will get a ko so a few free hits!

no i didnt have CFW at the time, i think its roughly the same as this but i might record a run, im pretty sure itll work out faster
