  • !. I love the book Some Girls Are by Courtney Summers and could probably re-read it VERY often!

    2. I would fight off 100 chihuahuas because my aunt lives with me and she has a chihuahua and its the MOST ANNOYING LITTLE THING EVER!!! Not to mention I like big dogs much better.

  • 1. Harry Potter. It was the first books that I really got into when I was younger, and going back and re-reading them once a year is like reliving the adventure again. That, and the Hunger Games trilogy.

    2. Two year olds. At least I can outrun them with no problem.

  • 1. I always reread Cassandra Clare's, Mortal Instruments, to the point where I spout random quotes off to my friends, many of whom do not understand the reference. It was the first young adult series that I unhealthily obsessed over.

    2. I would pick the chihuahuas. I would distract them by hijacking a Taco Bell and throwing burritos in the opposite direction and then run for the mofo hills.

  • 1. I'm a big fan of Shannon Hale's. i can reread her stuff all the time!

    2. Definitely the cheerleaders. They're just that stupid.

  • 1. Not to repeat pretty much every other answer, but the Harry Potter series is pretty much the only thing I reread on a regular basis. Just to pick something different though, I think the Sookie Stackhouse series will be something I'll be rereading in the future.

    2. I'd definitely pick the 2 year olds. I'm a nanny, so I have no fear when it comes to kids. They're easily distracted by toys or candy and I've got the "I mean business" look and voice down. They'll know better than to mess with me!

  • This video was awesome ! You met some pretty cool people !

    1) I reread the Harry Potter series every single year. And each time I read it I learn something new, and pick up on interesting new facts. Reading the books also always makes me happy and puts me in a magical place.

    2) I would personally choose the chihuahuas. I would run into a meat shop, which they would follow me into, and then I would start to distribute different specialty meats that they would not be able to resist !

  • 1. My favourite book to re-read is the Harry Potter series. I can't say just one because when I start reading them I can't stop and it must be in order. lol

    2. I think I'd choose the 100 cheerleaders. They seem easier to distract. I'd distract them with some new shoes or hot guys. :D

  • 1) I re-read books all of the time. Even when I have new books to read. I love re-reading the Harry Potter series (and Twilight, there I said it!) as well as certain romance novels.

    2) I'd have to go with the 100 cheerleaders since I would love to take them down like I couldn't in college. Distract them with something shiny and hope for the best!

  • 1. Harry Poter and The iron fey series! LOVED THEM!

    2. I would fight the chihuahuas becasue i can just say "squirel!" and they will turn around while i run! (yup, the movie UP"

HOPE I WIN! I really want to win! Thanks for the giveaway!

  • 1. Fallen by Lauren Kate -- LOVE it!!

    2. I would fight off the chihuahuas. I'd throw them some bacon.

    Thanks for the giveaway!

  • 1) Harry Potter and the Goblet of fire!

    2) 100 chihuahuas! Only because Im a CVT and I know they love FOOD so Id feed them bacon :)

  • Oooh! I hope I win!

I love to reread the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer. LOVE those books.

And I would take on the chihuahuas! Just turn on the air conditioner and they'd be shivering and helpless.

  • 1) I re-read the books I enjoyed when I was a kid a lot. Roald Dahl, the Dear America series and Goosebumps.

    2) Since I am both a baby and dog lover, I could end up playing with them instead of fighting them off. Which leaves the cheerleaders! I could probably try to turn them against each other. Or tell them there was a great sale at the mall.

  • 1. I re-read Harry Potter series, the Percy Jackson and the Olympians and the Hunger Games all the time - and it never gets old.

    2. Too fight off a 100 2 year olds....i'd either read them a big book with great illustrated images or I could sing them a lullaby to make them go to sleep....i can sing pretty well......

  • Thanks for the amazing giveaway!

    1. What is your favorite book to re-read?

ANYTHING by Meg Cabot. I read at least one of her books per month and can manage to read 2 per day.

    2. If you had to fight off 100 Cheerleaders, 100 Chihuahuas or 100 Two Year Olds, which would you pick and how would you fight them off?

100 chihuahuas. I do this with my dog all the time, so throw something (like a toy/bone) into the distance and when they all chase after it, RUNNN!!

  • 1. My favorite thing to re-read isn't technically a book, it's a Twilight fanfic called Wide Awake where she makes the characters human the Edward & Bella both have serious psychological issues. It's really amazing. My favorite actual book to reread is probably either the Jessica Darling series by Megan McCafferty or The Secret Diaries Of Miss Miranda Cheever by Julia Quinn

    2. I'd fight off the chihuahuas by tossing treats far away and stepping on the ones that didn't go for the treats.

  • Great giveaway!

    1. I reread The Book Thief quite frequently. That novel is wonderful.

    2. Two Year Olds. Put on some Blue's Clues or something.

  • 1. THE CATCHER IN THE RYE

    2. 100 Chihuahuas, I'd feel worse for hurting children than the dogs.

  • 1. I love to reread Lord of the Rings. Classic!

    2. I'm going with the cheerleaders. They are so ditzy that I'd just throw in some calculus and they'd explode.

  • I would have to say I choose the 100 Cheerleaders, and I would fight them off with homework =) or maybe threaten them with a bad hair day hmmm or attach a gift card to bath & body works/free spa on an oiled pig and see them chase after it. omgosh there are so many possibilities!!! heck yes, I choose to fight 100 Cheerleaders =)

    TValeros AT gmail DOT com

Thanks for hosting this awesome giveaway!! And Happy Gobble Gobble Day!!

  • oops I forgot to put => I could never get tired of rereading Matched by Ally Condie and Breaking Dawn... I always seem to find something new =)

  • 1. I would re-read Paranormalcy by Kristen White

    2. I would pick pick 100 cheerleaders because i could just attached a picture of some fit guy to a pidgeon and they would probably chase after it!

thanks so much for the giveaway kate!

  • 1.Vampire Academy series ,Twilight Saga , Death by Mystery trilogy

2.100 Chihuahuas because I am not scared of dogs and I would give them treats and pet them.

  • 1. A book I could re-read over and over again would have to be Graceling by Kristin Cashore.

    2. I would rather fight off 100 two-year olds because I could just give them something to eat and they'll be satisfied. ;D If not, I'll just scream really loudly at them or something LOLS xD

  • 1. A book I could re-read is the hunger games and vampire academy series.

2.100 Chihuahuas, I would give them loads of treats and then they would love me I love dogs.

  • 1. A book that I could read over and over again is The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett. 2. Out of the cheerleaders, babies, and chihuahuas, I would pick the chihuahuas, because I love dogs. And so, naturally, I would adopt them all, and they'd love me too much to bite me. :)

  • 1. House of Night series, anything by Dan Brown or Guillaume Musso

    2. 100 Cheerleaders, I would just invite some football players and that's all I would have to do for them to just leave me alone

  • 1. I can re-read Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen over and over again, also Twilight Saga and The Iron Fey series.

    2. Since I have a 2 year old, I would have to go with that. I would either bribe them with candy or find a TV show or movie with a lot of music in it to distract them.

  • 1. Call me cliche but I could and have re-read the Harry Potter Series. Also I feel like everyone should read To Kill a Mockingbird at least once a year.

    2. I think the 2 year olds are the obvious pick. There are 2 simple ways to take care of them. A computer or a television with one of those weird shows for kids.

  • 1.) beautiful creatures series or the hunger games series.

2.) 100 cheerleaders, just give them a jock or two and a bag of make-up then slowly back away.

  • 1. Looking for Alaska, I've re-read it several times and I'm still amazed by it each time.

    2. Fight off 100 cheerleaders with my 100 Chihuahuas that I obviously own...

  • 1. My favorite books to re-read are the ones that are nostalgic. Such as the books I've read in elementary school (The Giver, Number the Stars, Holes, Ender's Game, The Giving Tree, etc.) because whenever I read them it brings me back to my childhood and reminds me why I love books so darn much.

    2. 100 Chihuahuas because 1, I am the weakest person ever (so no to cheerleaders) and I can't simply fight the 2 year olds because they're stronger than they look. I can just throw a bone and run.

  • awesome giveaway!! :D

    1. i love re-reading anything by L.J. Smith... all of her books are amazing! :D

    2. i would choose the 100 chihuauas cuz i love dogs :p and even tho i'd have to fight them off, i'd just be overwhelmed by their cuteness :p

  • Thanks for the giveaway!!!

    1) I re-read Harry Potter all the time! I also love to re-read the Hunger Games!

    2) I would choose 100 Chiuahuas. I would get rid of them by placing a pile of dog food/treats so they would run away from me! Instead they would be drawn towards to treats.

  • 1. I love to re-read Harry Potter! Obviously... but if I had to say something else, I'd go with The Hunger Games. Such and awesome series --

    2. Well, the whole pack of chihuahuas would be super annoying and since I love dogs I don't know how I'd get rid of them.. Two year olds would cry non-stop but the cheerleaders shouldn't be that bad to fight- I can kick some ass ahah

BTW great giveaway. The chances I win are really slim but I still have to thank you for doing this for us. xx

  • 1) Its really hard to choose but i'll go with The Host by Stephenie Meyer. It is unreal how unbelievably good that book is.

    2) I wouldn't want to fight of a pack of chihuahuas because for a little dog those creatures are aggressive! I'd fight off the two year olds because they seem like the easiest match. To fight them off i'd go to the parents tell them their not sharing and they would all be put in time out. It'd be like taking candy from a baby lol

  • 1) I love to re-read The Best Little Girl In The World by Stephen Levenkron. So Intence!

    2) I would fight off 100 chihuahuas because they cant bite well, especially in a winter coat. You want the treat? You want it? GO GET IT! *slips away*

  • 1. I would reread the Blue Blood Series... I love these books and its what started pulling me into the paranormal YA series.

    2. I would fight off 100 two year olds. They maybe loud and full of energy but once you find something they all enjoy such as a movie or a game that involves them all you dont have to do anything!

  • 1. I love re-reading the Vampire Academy series by Richelle Mead and the Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins. Those books are just amazing!

    2. I would fight off the Cheerleaders because if they broke something like one of their nails, they would freak out and run away. :)

    2. I would fight off 100 two year olds. Three words: Yo Gabba Gabba.

  • Oh yeah, and what is the " swag "?

  • By the way, I have entered, and if I win, I hope I win either Hush Hush or The Maze Runner!! How do you choose the winners?

  • 1) My favorite book to re-read (over and over!) is The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. Such a beautiful book.

    2) Everybody jokes around about how I'm a dog whisperer so I pick the chihuahuas!

  • 1. During the Christmas holidays I am going to re-read the Hunger Games series bc it is BRILLIANT but I have reread Harry Potter books 1-3. Can't go wrong with Potter, ever.

    2. I immediately gravitiated toward fighting off cheerleaders, so i'd have to say 100 cheerleaders. How would I fight them off? I'd learn the sword fighting choregraphy from Kill Bill and ya, do that.

  • 1:- I would re read Noahs Brother by Dick King-Smith (well I have many times in the past) because it was the first proper book I ever read at the age of 4 and has a lot of Nostalgic memories for me.

2:- I would fight 100 2year olds by reading them a story with great pictures in it. (I'd try and do the voices and actions aswell)

A book I could read over and over again is Pride and Prejudice. I love Jane Austen.

    - If you had to fight off 100 Cheerleaders, 100 Chihuahuas or 100 Two Year Olds, which would you pick and how would you fight them off?

I would fight against 100 Two Year Olds, because they seem harmless, but are not. And I would use my superpowers tough nanny with them.

  • - What is your favorite book to re-read?

Oh it so depends on my mood. If I need to laugh or just relax, SImone Elkeles's How To Ruin series or Lauren Barnholdt's 2 Way Street or Anna and The French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins. I also could reread Gayle Forman's books over and over again

    - If you had to fight off 100 Cheerleaders, 100 Chihuahuas or 100 Two Year Olds, which would you pick and how would you fight them off?

100 cheerleaders totally by the amazing powers infused in my Jazz hands

  • I love to reread Harry Potter and Twilight over and over again! Even a lot of times I read it, the excitement of what I felt from the first time I laid my eyes on it never fades away:) --- I would probably choose a 100 two years old because all I need to do is find a way that hold their interests then they will be really busy to care whatever fights were doing. Little that they know, I'm already celebrating my victory without their knowing.

  • 1) The book I re-read over and over again is Harry Potter (no surprise) Harry Potter just never gets old! Re-read it so many times, i lost count!

    2) I would probably choose to fight off cheerleaders because i can just say "look! Its the cutie Taylor Lautner!" And while they turn around, I make a maad dash for it :D

  • 1)My favorite book to reread besides James Rollins all the way. There is so much action and so many different hard to understand theories that I just can't get enough. I can also reread the Alex Rider and the Percy Jackson series.

2)I would rather fight off 100 cheerleaders because I just love dogs and children too much. The cheerleaders that I know are very dedicated so I would probably do it on a day of competition, that way they would be too busy worrying about that than beating me up!

  • 1) My favorite book to reread is gone by michael grant! It has so much action and keeps me coming back time after time.

    2) To fight I would choose 100 chihuahuas because there so tiny and I would have a better chance at winning against them(:

  • I don't normally reread cause I barely have time to read and when I read I want it to be new books but the one time I reread was the harry potter series. I would probably choose the chihuahuas because i really dislike them as a subcategory of dogs so it wouldn't be as scary as the other 2 options.

  • My favorite book to re-read is Harry Potter, any of them, or maybe Pride and Prejudice...

As for fighting, i would pick 100 chihuahuas. I think two year olds are invencible and i'm scared of pompons so... With chihuahuas you just have to put them in one of those bags Paris Hilton has to carry her chihuahua. :)

  • First, thanks for this amazing giveaway!

1.) I love to re-read the Harry Potter series, but I also love Shakespeare and have read Romeo and Juliet a zillion times!

  • PS...if I win, I'd rather The Maze Runner, because I have a copy of 13 Reasons Why and I'm not interested in Hush Hush

  • 1-I have re-read the Harry Potter series several times, but a book that I haven't re-read and I'd like to read again is The Book Thief. It's a simply beautiful book!

2-I'd fight off two year olds. Some of them really piss me off with their attitude. I love to make some kids cry, that would probably be my way of fighting them :P

  • 1. I would reread the Hunger Games series, my bible, the Maze Runner Trilogy, 13 reasons why, and the Heather Wells Series by Meg Cabot.

    2. If I had to pick, i would pick the 200 two year olds but i'd rather they be zombies because i think it would be interesting to see what i would do in that type of situation.

    #zombies!!! ftw

p.s. i really am hoping to win that signed copy of the maze runner or 13 reasons why *hint hint* lol

  • 1. I re-read twilight, strange angel series by lili st crow.

    2. I would probably take the chihuahua I would distract by throwing doggie treats and kick the ones that get too close and try to bite me. Then run and hide.

  • 1. i would reread The time Travelers Wife!! Best book ever!!.

    2. I would fight the 2 year olds. I feel i could outrun them, and give myself a good fighting chance taking my running time time to come up with a strategy!!!

  • 1. I could reread The Book Thief and Harry Potter all the time.

    2. I would probably fight of the cheerleaders, because I bet I could confuse them with my wit, or out maneuver them somehow.

Great interview! You were so lucky you got to meet all those authors and go!

  • 1. I like to re-read Harry Potter and The Hunger Games.

    2. I'd have to go with fighting the two-year olds. My grandmother's Chihuahua bites....some cheerleaders can be pretty athletic, so two-year olds seem easier to deal with. I'd get them to play the hokey pokey or duck, duck, goose and run away when they weren't looking.

  • 1. I can always re-read the Vampire Academy books! They never get old! Other than that, I usually can't stand to read a book again. It's boring for me since I already know what's going to happen.

    2. I would choose to fight off a group of chihuahuas because I abhor dogs! So annoying.

  • 1. I re-read the Chanters of Tremaris series every summer, along with the epilogue-type book from it "The Taste of Lightning" (you'll love it!) It made me so happy when you reviewed it! Such an underrated book! I email Kate Constable from time to time and bug her about writing more!

    2. I would fight off the cheerleaders by putting the 2 year olds within their sights so they would go "Awww!" and forget all about me.

  • My favorite book to re-read is The Maze Runner.. I love Minho. I would fight off 100 Chihuahuas by cutting up the remains of my best friend who happen to die in an accident and letting them eat her body as I ran to freedom!

  • My favorite books to re-read is the Vampire Academy series.. love Richelle Mead's books!

I'll probably fight off 100 cheerleaders by throwing them make-up and heels!!(:

  • My favourite book to re-read is probably A Little Princess by Frances Hodgson Burnett - I loved this book when I was younger and I still love it now!

I would choose 100 Two Year Olds, I would just sing them a lullaby, they all would fall asleep and I could call their parents to take them home :P

  • well i used to think i was one of those people who never re-read anything but now, there's a few on my shelf from ages ago i might pick up again. Tanglewreck by Jeanette Winterson is one i had never heard of but when i read it years ago it was FANTASTIC i want to see if it's as good as i remember.

And the whole fighty off thing i would probably go with...Chiwawas because i hate them so much so wouldn't feel as guilty as i would if i deceived a bunch of cheerleaders or assaulted infants.

    :D xxx

  • Books that i love to re-read are Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson, that book is actually amazing and such a powerful storyline, Animal Farm by George Orwell, i like how he makes such a powerful topic(the russian revolution) and makes it into a farm with talking animals, and ive re-read the harry potter series more then once( i know cluched but i love hp).

I would choose the Chiwawas, i actually hate chiwawas so i wouldnt feel that bad kicking them off of me.

    thanks :P

  • I love to reread the Twilight series and take out the Jacob parts. :O) My favorite scene is in my least favorite book New Moon when Bella saves Edward and he believes he is in Heaven. I LOVE THAT PART and reread i so many times. I have 3 boy's and one of them is 16 months so very close to two, I have no desire to take on any more two year old's than necessary, I also really do not like Chihuahua's, I'll take on cheerleaders any day! I'd fight them off with Oxy 10 and Stridex pads of course!

  • 1) My favorite book to re-read would be Perfect Chemistry by Simone Elkeles or Frostbite by Richelle Mead. :) Those are my favorite books of all time right now and i am so sad that the Vampire Academy seires are over and the Perfect Chemistry books because I loved the characters so much.

    2) I would have to pick the 100 cheerleaders and I would fight them off by dressing up as a zombie and chase them around and being really scary cause cheerleaders dont like scary bloody dead things :)

  • My go-to re-reads would have to be HARRY POTTER!!! (from Prisoner up) and the Anne of Green Gables series and Pride and Prejudice. I looove those books so hard.

I have a four and a three yo so I would not want to face the two yos. I would have to choose the dogs. I would lauch a plethora of squeaky toys in the opposite direction with some kind of toy launcher thingy.

  • I would reread the VA series by Rochelle Mead...Just can't get enough of Rose.

I take on the 100 two year olds...just have some peanut butter and jelly sandiwiches and cut them up in squares with some milk...and the winner is!...I know I fight dirty...LOL

  • Hi,Kate-new subscriber here and here are my replies to the giveaway questions:

    1) Little Women is my all time favorite reread and I hope to be seen as Jo but am probably more like Beth or Meg at times:) 2) The dogs, most definitely. Two year olds are way too dangerous and while cheerleaders can be easily distracted, they do have strength in numbers. Chihuahuas are the perfect size for punting,so my chances at victory would be better:D

  • I don't love any specific kind of books as long as it takes me to another place and entangles me in a great story...and I have to agree with some of the other comments... I do love the Harry Potter Series! Thanks for the giveaway Kate! As for Question 2- I'd go with the Chihuahuas!lol

  • This is really cool, thanks Kate! I like to reread the Harry Potter series and before that I used to always reread Tiger Eyes by Judy Blume (I was OBSESSED with that book!) I would fight off 100 cheerleaders because I wouldn't feel bad about hurting them, but I would feel bad about hurting dogs and children. :P Plus I might be able to get the cheerleaders to go away with words alone!

  • 1. I reread the Harry Potter series and The Hunger Games Trilogy all the time. Well, at least when I don't have enough money for new books :P

    2. I would take the kids. I could distract them easier than some dogs or cheerleader :)

  • I could read "The Perks of being a Wallflower" over and over again.

And the second question, well, I have 4 siblings and tons of cousins always running around here. 2 years old are evil :P Cheerleader can kick and stuff. I'd probably take the Chihuahuas :D

Oh and great giveaway. Thanks for making it international :)

  • The only books I will reread are "The Hunger Games," the Harry Potter series, and I always listen to " The Time Traveler's Wife" on my iPod when I go to bed. Love, love, love, love, love Hunger Games.

I would give the cheerleaders eye-ball-popping wedgies.

  • 1. i always reread the harry potter series because it never seems to get borin and i always seem to learn something new each time :)

    2. 100 two year olds because its easier to scare them of buy pretending to be a ghost or telling them that the monster will come and eat them

  • The book thief, because even though it's the same words that i'm re-reading, i feel like it's a different meaning/message everytime, depending on my mood. It's amazing, everyone should read it at least once.

100 2 year old kids, because they seem easiest to fight off. I mean dogs bite and cheerleaders are like 100 humans, so that wouldn't work to well either, def. the 2-year-old kids, because they're small, and easy to fight off i guess? idk :D

  • The Harry Potter-series, without a doubt. I reread this series once a year, usually around November-December. I've been wanting to reread McEwan's Atonment because it was SO good, but I've been putting it off because I'm a fraid it might not live up to my expecations somehow.

Problably two-year-olds, eventhough that might be the most terrifying prospect ever. I wouldn't want to hurt cute little dogs, and cheerleaders would problably kick my ass. Toddlers are slow, I'd outrun them.

  • I try to re-read the Harry Potter series each year, as well as The Chronicles of Narnia. I also re-read Flowers In the Attic by V.C. Andrews each year, (and usually the entire Dollanganger series). My favorite book to re-read at the moment would probably be Looking for Alaska by John Green.

2.) Dogs scare me, and cheerleaders are pretty evil. So, I suppose the 100 two year olds, because they seem to get easily distracted, so I can just throw something shiny and then run away.

  • 1. I don't really re-read books. Unless it was a book I read and loved as a child and I don't remember much.

    2. 100 cheerleaders. I totally agree with the author that said she could get out some of her old resentment fighting them off, haha.

  • 1. I don't usually re-read books. The only books I re-read in my life was the harry potter series. Those are probably my favorite books to re-read. Although I would like to re-read Eon and Eona by Alison Goodman

    2. 100 2 year olds. I get easily stressed with children so I wouldn't mind kicking them. I hate small dogs so chihuahuas no way.

    Thank you for the giveaway

  • I love to reread the Uglies series by scott westerfeld and sarah dessen books :) I would go for the cheerleaders. Just give them some rumors and they'll forget they are after me and spread the word like wild fire and probably end up turning on each other

  • 1. Like Water For Chocolate by Laura Esquivel and The Spiderwick Chronicles by Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black.

    2. 100 two year olds. I have 2 year old cousins and nephews so I know they're easily distracted. I'm going to throw candies and toys everywhere, then I'll put them in cribs. =)

  • 1) I can re read Jane Austen, all the time, Pride and Prejudice and Persuasion especially.

    2) I'd go for the 100 2 year olds just because if they get me, al least their cute, plus I think I can out run them

  • 1. Fallen series, Hush Hush series, Vampire Academy series, Jessica’s Guide To Dating On The Dark Side series, Gallagher Girls series and much, much more to tell but there is too much.

    2. I guess I would go for 100 2 year olds as i can give them candy and stuff.

    Thanks for the giveaway opportunity.

  • omg this is so exciting!!

    1. Twilight, Breaking Dawn and Midnight Sun, all by Stephenie Meyer,, Night Play by Sherrilyn Kenyon.. the Sookie Stackhouse series.. A Wrinkle in Time.. The Hunger Games.. i believe that's it..

    2. definetly Cheerleaders.. children scare me and i love dogs too much to hurt them..

  • 1. Harry Potter series, Hunger Games series, and The Old Man and the Sea.

    2. 100 2 year olds. Roll a big screen TV with the wiggles on full blast and while they're distracted quickly play pen them in with the help of the cheerleaders and chihuahuas which I wisely befriended before attempting to take on 100 2 year olds.

    Thanks for this cool opportunity!

  • 1) Harry Potter, Stephanie Perkins books, Jane Austen books and To Kill a Mockingbird.

    2) I guess I'd go for the chihuahuas, because I would feel no guilt in harming them with big metal things. I really don't like dogs.

  • 1. The Harry Potter series and The Book Thief.

    2. I'd pick 100 cheerleaders. Throw doritos on them. That'll maybe work.

  • 1) I have a handful of books I've reread multiple times. First would probably be the Harry Potter series as a whole. I usually read them at least once a year. Next is To Kill A Mockingbird. I first read it in middle school and have loved it ever since. Last would be The Exorcist by William Peter Blatty. Super dark subject matter, and definitely not for everyone, but it satisfies my love for horror fiction.

    2) I'd probably fight 100 2 year olds because they're easily distracted!

  • 1. My favorite book to reread is Just Listen by Sarah Dessen. It was the first book I ever read by her, and I just loved it. I usually reread it at least once a year.

    2. I'd choose to fight off 100 two-year-old. They can be easily distracted. I'd throw out hundreds of balloons for them to play with until they wore themselves down. Then I'd start handing out sippy cups and blankets and play some lullabies to lull them to sleep.

  • 1. If it came down to it, I could re-read the Harry Potter series over and over again. Either that, or the Hunger Games series. I can't choose, don't make me do it.

    2. At first I was going to choose the Chihuahuas and then I remembered my mother-in-laws dog. I don't think you could fight that thing off in a bear suit. Then after listening to the Authors, I'd have to go with the Cheerleaders. To fight them off I'd ... just beat them up. Even with 100 of them I could take 'em.

  • 1) i would reread any book because i love to read. 2) i would pick the 2 year olds because i babysit my two year old neice and nephew all the time and i would put on spongebob for them to watch while they were trying to attack me thatll stop them!

  • 1) the only books I could probably re read are the VA books by Richelle Mead and The Host by Stephanie Meyer, otherwise, I'm not a re reader... well maybe the Mortal Instruments too. :)

    2) I choose the cheerleaders because im scared of dogs and two year olds are vicious! But yeah, I would just tell the cheerleaders that Sephora is having a sale and I'm home free!

    Great give away Kate!

  • Awe Kate, you hope I win? That's so nice! :) Lol great video!! So funny, I loved hearing all of the answers! Ahaha Linsey Levitt... "I choose the cheerleaders... Except they would all be male and I wonder what I would do with them" hehe, authors are definitely the coolest people.

  • 1. I reread the Harry Potter books all the time. They were my favorite books when I was younger and they still are. I would also reread Anna and the French Kiss because that was an amazing book and I loved it. I also tend to reread books right before their sequels come out to refresh my memory.

    2. I would pick 100 two year olds because there are so many options: storytime, throwing candy, or my favorite: play a lullaby and they all pass out. Haha this was a very creative question!!

    Tha

  • 1) Still Alice...such a good book.

    2) 100 2 year olds...I did bring tons of toys and books to distract them

  • 1. I love The Book Thief by Marcus Zusak as it is so thought provoking; The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman as it is total entertainment; Nation by Sir Terry Pratchett as it is an amazing look at culture; and War House by Michael Morpurgo as I have always blubbered over horses. I want to re-read Harry 1-7 next summer. Well, actually listen to the audiobooks with their fantastic reader!

    2. Easy. Dogs as they can obey.

  • Omg! I always reread Ana Karenina i love it! And classics! And i would fight a hundred 2 year olds i would just read them stories! Haha thanx for the awesome giveaway

  • l'm so jelous you got to meet so many authors! 1) the books I enjoy to reread are the house of night series beachse the are vampires and come on vampires. I also read Tamora Pierce's books and Divergent by veronica Roth I saw your review and fell in love with the book I have read it three times already. 2) I would take on the 100 2 year olds And I would a giant tv to distract them

  • This is an awesome video. =]

    1. My favorite re-read book is probably the Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld. He is amazing and it's the series that got me into reading. <3

    2. Um...I'm going to have to say....the dogs. Because ya know you can give them treats or go to a butcher shop. I was a cheerleader, and cheerleaders can be viscous. And you know, you could distract them with free stuff at the mall. And ya know, they aren't called the terrible two's for nothing.

  • 1) My all time favorite books to read are the Hush Hush series hands down! I've always liked books but this was the first series that I actually thought was good enough to actually purchase for myself. Plus, Patch is so sexy, who wouldn't want to reread all the scenes in particular that he's in?

    2) I would pick 2 year olds. They get distracted easily. I'd either give them candy, cake, put them down for a nap, or put them in a time out. Cheerleaders and dogs scare me so no thanks to them. ^^'

  • Hi Kate :)

I don't like to re-read a lot, but if there's anything it's any Harry Potter book and any Lemony Snicket. They take me back to my childhood! Nostalgia kick ha!

I'd pick the 100 two year olds, becuase cheerleaders have nails and could probably do some damage. Plus the Chiuaua's have teeth. I just think two year olds would be easier to fight off and run away from :)

  • 1) Hush Hush Series. I'm so inspired by Becca Fitzpatrick and her novels. I hope to be an author someday...

    2) I would probably say one-hundred two year olds. I just think kids 4 and under are so cute. I would probably end up giving them all of my halloween candy... :) problem is, I didn't go trick r treating this year...too old...lol

  • Comment removed

  • 1) I don't really like re-reading books, simply because I get bored when I know what's coming... but I've partially re-read Twilight... I didn't finish the second time though. I feel kinda lame now.

    2) I'd fight off the chihuahuas. I'd kick them and throw raw meat in the opposite direction... ?

  • 1) My favorite Re-read book is 'Thirteen Reasons why' By Jay Asher. The Book captures you in a way that you can not put it down. While it is not a feel good book, It is a book that makes you think about what you say to others and how you affect them.

    2) I would pick the 100 2 year olds because they are just little kids and would get distracted easy. I would fight them off by throwing cookies at them thus making them distracted so I can escape.

    Great Video!

  • those interviews (especially the answers to your second questions) were hilarious!! :)

    1. I LOVE to re-read Elizabeth Scott's Stealing Heaven! One of my faves!

    2. I would pick the dogs, because I have a chihuahua mix...they are too cute to be afraid of xD

Thanks for hosting such an awesome giveaway!!

  • 1. I'd re-read Jellicoe Road by Melina Marchetta. Actually, that's how I want to start off 2012 - reading Jellicoe Road!

    2. I'll go with chihuahuas. A couple bags of pet treats, and then I can put leashes on all of them and have them under control.

  • One: I love Shannon Hale's novel. I could reread them over and over again!

Two: I am going for the chihuahuas. Have you seen those things? They are shivering, tiny scaredy-cats. I'd win easily!

  • Genius questions! I love it! And that whole day looks so fun! I'm jealous that you went and I didn't! Stupid no money.

    1. I reread A Christmas Carol every year! I love it!

    2. I'm going for the chihuahuas. Just run like the win for PetSmart and lose them in the doggy treat aisle. It's genius!

  • I would reread the Harry Potter series and II would pick the babies I would fight them off by giving them bottles and pacifiers

  • 1. I would reread The Tiger's Saga by Colleen Houck or Jellicoe Road Melina Marchetta.

    2. I would pick the 100 Chihuahuas and distract them with the 100 2 year olds! The 2 year olds can play with the chihuahuas while I get away!! :)

  • 1.- I would reread The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexander Dumas, love that book.

2.- I would picj the cheerleaders, i would just hide their make up kits, they would be my slaves for life lol!!!!

wow i´m so jealous i wish i could go too!!!!!!!!

  • 1. I cannot reread books too... Even if I have to (for review).

    2. A 100 cheerleaders... I have to cheat on that one too, as I think the Sephora sale is a fabulous decoy. I can't do better than that.
