Unless you've played on the VB you all need to STFU, yeah sure, most of the games on the vb were total crap, but wario land and jack bros are pretty damn good(jack bros is one of my favs even today). It isn't virtual reality but the 3d is pretty cool and it makes the tops of the walls sorta stand up along with the characters head.

Ive had friends who have talked so much shit about the VB, but when they come over to my place and actually play one they always change there tune.

I actually bought the entire Virtual Boy with Wario Land and Jack Bros. from a friend who hasn't used it in years. I actually still have the Virtual Boy on my desk and I'll play those games from time to time. I'm very happy with just those two games (':

The AVGN added Jack Bros. to the special edition of his Virtual Boy review, which can be seen on Youtube now. Though, it's kind of odd that he used a Japanese version, when an English-language version exists as can be seen here..

@Magitek111 The English version is rarer. I bought this game used at Blockbuster for $10 back in 1995 when they were liquidating their VB inventory, so I guess I'm pretty lucky to have it.

I should of just sold my Copy of 'Jack Bros' to the AVGN, since he doesn't have it...I think. Anyways it's decent game, nothing special. Instead I'm selling it tomorrow to some dude off of craigs list ;p

Anyways, there should of been a cable to connect to your tv so you could play it on it, USING 3D glasses, hell that would of been better all together wouldn' it?

Imagine playing Colorful SNES looking games on your TV, but with VB-like glasses that uses the same tech, it would of been a hit

yeah. virtual boy had a weird way of sounding pre 16 bit ... yet more indepth then 8 bit. i have some MD recording of this soundtrack somewhere around. i use it for drops on beats

I think this game is pretty fun. A Zelda game would have blown it away though. It's a sin that the VB never got a Zelda game. Zelda would have been an amazing last game for VB.

I wish Nintendo would do a limited releasing of the last VB games so that we could finally see them. Many of them were complete for GOD SAKE!

yeah, like the AVGN says, the Virtual Boy was junk. These games could have been made or currently remade for different systems and could of been awesome. But that didn't happen :(
