@DementedDegsy Not Anyone and it is not a push. I had it demonstrated on me 25 years ago and it hurt like hell. I still practice Wing Chun to this day and have perfected the technique myself.
@DementedDegsy the point here is not to push a static person, it's about how much power u can generate from ur punch in a short distance. in martial art they call it internal power form a person. ppl can push but cause different damage.
@Rotto328 I've been training in traditional Okinawa go ju ryu for 15 years and I know the difference between a punch and a push ! this is a push and its easy to push a person if they stand flat footed ! sorry not having it ! I can put my finger tips on a opponents chest and palm heel strike them but effectively its a push and I can do the same thing but make a fist to strike the chest with but its still a push !

Martial Arts is full of nonsense thats what kick-boxer Joe Lewis said when asked if Lee is really that good at fighting. Look at Bruce Lee punching bag video. Not too good. Very bad. And Lee said he was a champion boxer in Hong Kong. Gary Elms don't seem to exist.Elms who Lee said later became British Boxing champion.

Yes you guys mite be right, there's no prove that he beat the shit outa the whole world nor that gary elms guy even exist. BUT, documentaries and clips (not movies) on the internet are truthful facts that we can rely on. I can't find another person that can hit as fast as bruce.
