What about Sonic Tennis? You could also include Espio. It would be really funny if Espio turned invisible so the player couldn't find him and Espio could sneak attack him or her, Silver could use his Phychokinisis to dodge the ball, Knuckles could punch a hole through the racket, Shadow could use Chaos Control to avoid the raquet, and so on and so forth.
