But leaving any type of dog locked in a cage and on a Railroad track is just wrong. How hard is it to drop a unwanted dog off at a local shelter? Even if its done at midnight, leave the dog on the steps, so workers can do something about it in the morning. At least the poor dog wont be left out to die by starvation, or by a train.

i like pit bulls, but they can go berserk at times. one of my friends pit bulls ran out the door while he went out to smoke and ripped another dog's leg off. the other dog died. ive been around that dog many times, it isnt normally aggressive. another pit bull i know randomly attacked one of it's owner's friends tearing up her face pretty good, and that dog wasn't aggressive either. (first time occurrence) those two dogs were raised properly and acted out for no known reason.

I worked in a shelter for a short time and they had some agressive dogs but none of them was a Pitbull. And 70% of the dogs were pit bulls. Sheperds are way more often dangerous to people but they just get away with it because they are used and needed by the police and the police dont want them to have a bad image.

my first dog was a boxer pit bull mix she was so sweat even watched over me in my crib I had here from birth to age 10 she was great not agressive or anything.

I shot the dog's ass, it released my cat and came for me at which time I shot him between the eyes, the top of it's head blew off much like the jfk assassination LOL. The only regret I have from that is I had to clean the mutt's brain matter and blood from my driveway. My cat required stitches and still w/ me today. There's always a happy ending!

Oh no! The pit bit me then like two weeks the Jack mix bit me and just the intensity on the mixes bite was terrifying. Yes the Pitbull can lock the jaw, but mixes have such a worse bite with the different breeds in them. I just think that the way pit bulls are treated is way unfair, when in reality, any dog can bite, and it's always going to hurt. Don't punish the breed, just the dog.

I shot the dog's ass, it released my cat and came for me at which time I shot him between the eyes, the top of it's head blew off much like the jfk assassination LOL. The only regret I have from that is I had to clean the mutt's brain matter and blood from my driveway. My cat required stitches and still w/ me today. There's always a happy ending!

I made a bloody hamburger out of this beast. The owner, who since has been thrown back in jail for violating parole, tried to sue me for killing dog. The court decided I was right in what I did. I don't hear about labs or poodles attacking other ppl or animals. Pits are bred to kill, other dogs are more domesticated.
