Being a Londoner I find it disgraceful that the bus fares are going up above inflation rate. In the old days I use to be able to afford traveling the tube but not any more as it is way to expensive. Bus fares are also heading that direction and as someone working on a minimum wage I am struggling to afford the cost of travel. It is about time we Londoner get together and demonstrate as often as possible outside the mayor's office that we can't live beyond our means.

Dignity of ladies in dresses and guys in kilts walking down the stairs?!? I still can't make my mind up if I like it or not. At present I find the design very uncomfortable to the eye. Will I like it when I get use to it? Don't know! I remember when young I thought RT's were so much better looking than Routemasters, then supported Routemasters later on. Plus what are they going to name it? Routemaster 2? No! I think it needs it's own identity.
