This is one of the greatest games ever made.

Frankly, even if they made sequels, I don't think they could recreate how unbelievably amazing this game was. The only RPG on the super nintendo that can even compare with it is FF6. And this is the console that gave us Secret of Mana, Super Mario RPG, and Earthbound.

The animation style reminds me of DBZ/Kai, the red haired guy reminds me of Goku, the girl with the robot had the derpiest smile, the ninja frog is awesome, and the guy with the scythe reminds me of Castlevania. ow much?

chrono trigger is animated by funamation, the creator of DBZ to be exact he is dead. i thin this is why there having such problems making a game squre enix would love to monopolize on this game but i think the DBZ creators daughter is being a B!#!ch and wont give them the rights to charecter apperance. Ok, the only ones to "hate" are those pretending this was intended for a series and trying to bum you out- These are clips from the playstation remake of Chrono Trigger, one of many bonus cut scenes from through out the game. that was soooo fucking sick. They even did frogs and cronos x-factor verbatim. the animation was well done too, when lucca shoots those drones it was all in one frame instead of how pokemon or inuyasha would do it...probably prolong it for 4 or 5 episodes hahaa

Akira Toriyama's art style is a tad too over-the-top to be well emulated in a live action movie(ie: dragonball: evolution). Now...a big budget full length cg enhanced anime movie series(2-3 movies) i could get on board with (ala appleseed). but....sigh only in dreams.

I honestly think that they should make a full anime to this. It reminds me so much of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z. I wish that they'd make an adventure anime like those other ones and make it with plenty of description and top-notch action. The animation already looks fantastic. They'd just need voices. There isn't an CT, the S1 and DS versions of the games just use some animated scenes at some parts of the game.
