@startingsprinter what are u talking about the tank of the terran and the general word tank meaning to absorb alot of damage are two different things... the terran tank is like a freaking military tank and the other tank is talkin about absorbing damage so u arent making any sense... and tanks arent useless they are good vs everything when sieged... each attack of a sieged tank is like 1 baneling blowing up

@chaosrave they are actually the same thing...the military tank or the terran tank is supposed to be an armored vehicle that can absorb a lot of damage and deal a lot of damage. i know they are still pretty good when sieged, but compare to broodwar, they are a lot weaker now..:(

My 4star-General-like conclusion:

Tarson won bcuz of good early banshe harass timed with 1st expo, gave him macro lead, then killed creep and set up center-map control whole game, kept Madfrog on def. Inability of Madfrog to defend 4th base sealed it.

However, it was more Madfrog who lost, then Tarson who won...

Tarson's micro is worse than if a pile of poop could poop its own poop pile, except only on couple minor ocasions. Madfrog never pushed out, spent alot on banes, played too passively

yeah good opener from tarson. In my opinion when he had madfrog on 2 bases he should have tech switched to Thors. they are great against mutas and banelings. Mad Frog needs to work on his Macro, hes got good micro, more spine crawlers and xpacs might help.

Tarson definitely won the Macro game by a long shot, and although his micro of marines as stellar throughout the entire game, his lack of adaptability puzzled me. I feel like the hugeness of his economic advantage was the only thing that kept him ahead considering how he kept throwing Mass Marine against the Baneling + Infestor counter that MadFrog had.

Considering his macro, he should have at least gone for some air units like Banshees or Battlecruisers to rain down on the Banelings.
