  • Red. Excellent call. No play on the ball - went for contact on the player. SFP. No place for that in any game - and in a rec indoor game there should be no tolerance for that type of play.

  • yellow at most... he went in for the ball but the kid kicked it forward and he hit his leg... he also might have exagerated the fall

  • Yeah that's red he stuck his leg out to stop him

  • Certainly a correct call. Good job by the referee.

  • Definitely a red. Going for a knee-knock, no play for the ball. Wouldn't call it intent to injure, but careless enough for a red.

  • definitely a red card.....no attempt for the ball, he was clearly trying to hurt the other player. that is an egregious challenge, which means a red card

  • definately a yellow... i would lean towards red, but idk

  • This ref made the right call. that player had no chance of playing the ball and his tackle was made with excessive force and endangered the safety of the opponent, especially given how they were right up agaist the boards. excessive force + endangering the safety of an opponent = red card. Good job ref!

  • yellow

  • he went for the ball, imo. he lightened up once he realized it was a foul... i've seen worse. he deserves red if this were his third or fourth offense of this severity and had learned nothing yet. if first offense, a definite yellow. you cant let the emotions of the crowd and players affect your officiating. it did here for the referee, unless like i said, the guy was a multiple-time offender.

  • this doesn't look like the pros, Red card is pretty harsh for a late foul. The guy didn't look injured at all.

  • that was a very very well deserved call. he was late and didnt get any of the ball. in his mind he might have tried to get the ball but was way late and he stuck his foot out very high.

  • maybe a yellow I Dont think a red. The cleets weren't up and it wasnt anywhere near a goal scoring opportunity.

  • yah it could go either way.

  • actually only a yellow because he also kicked the ball way up and expected the trip

  • I'd give him the red. He made no attampt at the ball. You could really hurt the guy doing something like that.

  • Depends on the league you play in, but that's a classic case of boarding right there. Red card is the right choice.
