Whenever I want to feel I am in Philly in the late 50s, Lee Andrews does the trick. I don't think these guys ever made a bad record. WIBG, WHAT, WDAS -- Hyski, Georgie Woods, Joe Niagara, Lloyd Fat Man, The Geator -- they played all this stuff, and I am so glad I was around to hear it. So many great Philly groups, but these guys have a special place in my heart. I spent so many years moving around the world, and their songs would bring me right back home.
Lee Andrews and Willie Winfield. I could listen to them all day. Thanks for the post

nothing but SMOOTH. went from 45 rpm; 78; 8 track, tape, cd's. Always have Lee's music around. Best tension reliever I ever had.

Another brilliant song by a brilliant group. Their only equals were the Moonglows and the Harptones.
