he probly didn't use rodimus or galvatron because the where hard to make or there wasn't any designs of them on the net

two reasons why I didnt: 1) We've all seen Galvatron and Hot Rod/Rodimus Prime in the original film do the fight a million times and so I decided to recreate the same scenes with two different characters. 2) I dont have the toys of Galvatron or Hot Rod/Rodimus Prime and so wouldn't have been able to model them anyway. But even if I did have them, in my opinion, the toys of Galvatron and Hot Rod/Rodimus Prime are of quite poor design in comparison to the Alternator toys which I modelled.

Man I you are freaking awesome!!! I am learning 3d Animation and would like to know how you rig the transformer...any help for an up and coming artist there bro? If I could get as good as you I would be extremely satisfied with my efforts.

as for the rigging I just used Dummy objects at all the points where something will move. I had about 40 dummies for each transformer.

I chose not to use Bones or Biped as those systems would only be good in car or robot form.
