dude no disrespect i was not saing it on a fuck up way . n i didnt know they ask for that song . but its is a bad song to play at a wedding . from my point ! but great tips with ur vids!!!
@TheDjgrim : So we should have played something else besides what they asked us to play for their dollar dance? Because you know better than the client?
with the corner loading are the subs just at 90 degrees? i will have to try that some time. but i have peavey pr15's, they are slightly tilted upward, i wonder if that would not help that much?
i suppose the dance styles of salsa and swing are somewhat similar
The subs in this video are not corner loaded, they are V coupled. With V coupling, yes, you put horns at a 90 degree angle from each other, but this only applies to horns to the best of my knowledge. Bass Reflex cabs need only be placed side by side for coupling. For wall or corner loading, facing into the wall/corner with 12 inches distances is generally what you do. 12 inches is a fairly generic number, given.
I emailed you a description of what I am talking about when I talk about corner or wall loading in the video, and also a description and link to explain why the subs are positioned like they are. I've been in the business 18 years, I do know what I am doing, and used to just face my subs forward like everyone else. You can gain as much as +12dB output with ideal corner loading, which would take 16 times the power to accomplish without corner loading.
yeah first comment lol jk anyways love the lights and setup was nice just one thing the subs you were usein are made for sound to go out and up hope this helps keep the videos comein i was not trin to be mean by this
