I don't think TIM Brazil is part of Orascom Telecom Holding, TIM means Telecom Italia Mobile and was recently acquired by Telefonica and other italian groups

France telecom is holding parts since january 2008 of orascom.

This companies phones are being used to detonate explosives similar to the ones shown in the advertisement. Just a bit ironic.
As for the people, I'd love to see more moral outcry against jihadism and other forms of extreamism.
