  • I lold it look exactly like a mexican restaurant in the states.

  • Pancho is my little brothers name :3 lol

  • You know what when I was in Japan I didn't eat much cheese either unless we were on base or at McDonalds. I didn't think much of it until you said something. You make me miss Japan. You're so very blessed to have such an experience.

  • Lol Pancho is my grandpa's name oh and the best mexican food is in TJ.

  • lol i love how the thing you miss most from the USA is Mexican food!

  • Im mexican and I think they did a perfect job in the decoration of the place, by the way, Idk if anyone have been in Rosarito, but you really can find a place exactly like that one, so mexican.

  • You are right, I have heard quite a few exchange students at Kansai Gaidai talking about it, but I never knew the name! :O It looks really cool, hopefully I can go there one day! We actually found a restaurant near there that was based on the City of Perth in Western Australia (where I am from) called Blue Billabong which was quite an interesting place haha. A lot of people have not even heard of Perth (Sydney, the Gold Coast etc. are more well known)..Japan is full of surprises, ね!Great video!

  • Come to Nagoya and visit Desparados at Shinsakae

  • The picture of the kid playing guitar says "Boricua pa que tu lo sepas" It basicly means. "I'm Puerto Rican just so you know" Its a very famous saying.

  • When did you cut your hair Annie?

  • Thankfully one day when i go to japan if i crave mexican food I Can just cook me some >.< Benifits of being Latina:D

  • メーリ クリスマス~ (^O^☆♪

  • MERRI KRISTMASUU!!

  • Hey Annie, I know Japan is strict on their drug laws, but I wonder if that includes medicine too. Do they sell over the counter medicines, or at least migraine medicines? It scares me to go over there if I don't have anything to help my migraines >.<

  • @DearestPrincess382 people and their pills... why not try to live healthy, you would have no problems then

  • @juki0h I do try to live healthy. I also RARELY take medicine at all. Have you ever had a REAL migraine? One of the worst pains you will ever feel.

  • Happy holidays to you, too!

  • Happy holidays!

  • Happy holidays :)

  • I'm mexican ^.^

  • We have a nice Mexican restaurant nearby. It's called "Taco Bell."

    Merry Christmas!

As a side note -- Christmas away from home is always a bit difficult -- even if you usually can't stand being at home for Christmas. I remember spending one Christmas in Calcutta (India), and it was challenging. So -- in a way I do understand.

When it gets tough remember General Lee who said -- "Texans always route 'em!" Meaning, you'll be fine.

  • Living abroad as well, Mexican food is the top food thing I miss from America. I know there's some Mexican place like 30 minutes from me, but I'm a bit afraid to try it. I'm from AZ, so our Mexican food is pretty authentic, and I don't even like Mexican food on the east coast, so in Europe, maybe not xD

  • awesome!! i'll totally check it out!! it looks fun!! i'm mexican and will definitely want a corona with lime!! hehee!! thanks for the info!!

  • Lol..! Boricua pa que tu lo sepas...! That was a Puertorrican For sure..!

That place looked really cool...when I go to Japan I'll totally check it out...!

  • What a creative topic to vlog about...thumbs up! Now I am craving Mexican food! I haven't had it in at least 3 months and I just moved so there are plenty of new Mexican places to try :)

  • I should go check it out when I go to Japan, then report back to my friends :D I live in Texas so they'll probably be interested.

  • Man, I am Mexican American, and I eat home-made Mexican meals everyday. If I ever went to Japan, going out to get Mexican food is the absolutely LAST thing on my mind like isura7 said. But the place IS really cool looking and the food looks pretty nice ^^

  • I am Mexican and I am living in Osaka. You are totally right! Everyone seems to know this place and I have gone there a few times. Not that bad to be honest! Pretty much the same way you'll find it in America, but probably not as good as the one you would find in Mexico. Anyways, I really recomend it too! :)

  • Oh! Current Kansai Gaidai student here! I hate Mexican food but I wanna check this place out! I know where that Uniqlo is so I think I'll go looking for that place next time I'm in Shinsaibashi! Thanks! :D

  • I'll have to check it out. I seriously miss Mexican food.

  • Do you have an address? I and my 留学生 friends have been craving some Mexican!

  • Happy Holidays!

  • Really awesome find. Great vid!

  • Mexican Restaurants usually have dim lighting. I'm not completely sure why, but authentic Mexican own ones do. Jalapenos which is a "Mexican" Restaurant in Indiana where I live is so brightly lite up it's weird haha Their food didn't do it for me, it was descent. I can't wait till I move to Japan and make friends, I'll be making them some awesome Mexican dishes :]

  • It looks like a cool place. I actually like the dim lighting and the walls. If I lived near a place like that I'd totally go there!

  • happy holiday to you

what did happen to your hair T-T

  • i eat mexican food everyday at home, if i travel to japan mexican food would the last thing on my mind. if you live in the States and want good authentic mexican food dont go to a restaurant, make yourself a mexican friend and ask them if you can come over for lounch
