Since the Wii version's levels are entirely different, it's not possible for it to work.
However, one thing that's interesting is, at the end of some night levels on the Wii version, you can see the beginning of the next act. As for if you could go back there, I'm not sure. You'd have to use "hammerboosting" at the right spot to be able to get out of bounds, though 99% of the areas in the game haven't been tested.
I see. Well, once I beat the game, I'll have to give it my famous breakdown to see if I can find any new glitches or stuff that hasn't been found yet. Thanks for the quick reply too.

Really cool video! I guess this doesn't work on the Nintendo Wii version. I should beat this game soon.
