I can remember this being scheduled as the final advert in a commercial break, and for a while the first couple of seconds of it with "Part Two" almost fooled me into thinking that part two of the programme had already started and that it wasn't an advert!
The strict ITC and OFCOM rules are the problems that some parts of programmes are removed due to produce placement. It has been happening for year in America but why does OFCOM and the ITC have such strict rules

Coming soon to a TV near you. Ofcom will announce next week that product placement will be allowed on all commercial channels.
How times change, eh?

Excellent idea for a PIF.

Excellent - parodying both the product placement and downright bizarre scripts and plots Aussie soaps had.

I remember this one - it was on a lot between 95-97.

Obvious product placement is obvious.
Never saw this PIF before. Where did you find it?

I got it from a subscription advertising website. I can vaguely remember it being broadcast when I was a kid (I was 7 years old in 1995.)
