They prep/plan and decide on every single garment in their line from the beginning stages of the sketch all the way to the end of production. they may not flip burgers for a living, but why say negative things or be upset because they don't work at mcdonalds

Okay, so let's dive into details. Pennylane said they're responsible for employing. Presidents is not the position to be responsible for emplyees. The reason why it's impossible is becouse the Olsens aren't educated to actually run a company. After spending their lives on movie sets, they can't possibly have the knowledge and skills to run a company. They might be making creative decisions, but they're certainly not into the structures of the company, into the backside of running it.
