you really where lucky to complet that play the left guard didn't made his checkin hit to the de entering though the center you where lucky because in that play the fb has a pass trayectory and coinsided with the run of the de so thats why he blocked but in a real game that would be a sack

Yeah.. why don't you try that play again with the LOLB rushing too. It's an instant sack on Romo with the PA. Too many people blitz from the outside to believe that protection will work. However, everything is situational. So showing blitz might not be a blitz in that situation with the LOLB. Better safe than sorry.

This wont always work, that FB will sometime just plain blow that block.
