Theyeve explained this before, when Heechul saw how fragile their friendship really was and how easy it is to be disappointed he put up some very very high walls to guard him from being disappointed ever again. After that he became very distant from Super Junior members until they confronted each other and he somewhat became like the Heechul he was before.
