It is pretty insane that absolutely no one in the government or air defense system was held accountable for the extreme failure of security on 9-11. People get fired for minor failures. But on the biggest attack in American history, the failure is completely ignored. What the fuck.

It's hard to prove a lot of the stuff, but the failure of the air defense system was ridiculous. They were training for this EXACT scenario, and they could have air units mobile within 45 seconds.
