I've known crew be suspended for that, he's going way too fast. Similar thing happened on the SDR recently, unfortunately there were 2 locos in the way on that occasion, it stopped him and also resulted in severe damage to the front end of their 55XX!

Not good, not proffesional and could have put a brand new engine out of use.

As for a SPAD there are no signals on shed, just people in pits and around other engines. Mind you its a frightening experience.

Track on the MPD is a bit slippy as it's often got the remains of oil and grease on it from the loco prep.
