I love the airiness you taken it to, the technique is difficult enough to stall other players, bravo for you sensitivity, taking it back into great music, beyond mere tech. thanks
This is constructive criticism: You play very well and your Martin guitar sounds fantastic. But for me, the sound of the skreeching strings spoils this beautiful song. You can hear skreeching strings even on Segovia's recordings, and it's a shame because the solution is so simple: flat wound strings!

It would be nice to confess this is Martin Taylors , rather than taking some sort of credit that you have done this yourself, I have the tab for this, Taylor has four versions of Danny Boy, this is the simplest!!
Still not bad at playing, but give some credit to the source of the music and work on your timing a little, to long a delay in places
If you check the comments made many months ago, many other people pointed this out to him, he gets the mail to tell him the comments have been posted, but never replies that it is infact Martin Taylors, sad and not very respectful, i check for the details above, not there before! LOL
Not gonna read through more then a few pages but did you consider that maybe he didn't "have tab" for it because he reads music or figured it out based on a recording?
BlackMusicMan...okay, I give up, what's a tab?? I bin runing through these comments here as I picked up guitar again after a long interval and figured I'd try an arrangement of this beautiful air...so bin viewing a few...wot's a tab and now I'm gonna try running up this Taylor dude on utube to C wot he's got to say!!! Wish me luck!
Did you arrange this or Martin Taylor? I have been looking for his arrangement of this and can't find it anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Not very helpfull is guitarGR. wants everything for himself. I like playing might not be as good as guitarGR, but STW man!! This song is also available on a past issue of Guitar Techniques and is covered more extensively in Martin Talyor's book The Guitar Method. thanks
This is wonderfull. Ive been thinking for a long time that this would make a beautiful acoutsic song. It sounds like something Tommy Emmanuel might play(check out his version of 'somewhere over the rainbow' and you'll see what I mean). Where might I find tabs for this arrangement??
sounds great to me - you can really play. The reverb adds a little bit of a jazzy sound like you'd expect to hear with an archtop. I see your Martin looks a lot like mine (OMM) - I like the OM's better than the dreadnoughts.
Sounded like broke back mountain at first lmao.

Yes! - there's GVD in the air, and 4.5 billion years of local quantum evolution.
Let the air be filled with the smooth, subtle
sonorous, sincere sounds of this type of salutation... so we can relax as entropy
end us...(from the causal world - not that
there may not be others)...
