  • This is .....

  • from the white session at french radio France Inter in 1999.

  • where did this song come from. I have a couple of versions but this is by far the best one

  • sir!!! brendan perry,,, a big hug from cuba ,,,your fan club ,,marcel and erlis ...email barbaratorres26@yahoo.es

  • What is the title of that movie?

  • Can anybody tell me what´s the name of the disc where appear this song??? please¡??? Because I can´t find it... thanks

  • vvv just lolwut? xD

  • Don't get me wrong...Tim was very unique...wrote amazing songs...but the mans personal issues and drug use made it almost impossible to sing like Mr. Perry. I just saw him in town not just two months ago and he was amazing....simply amazing. Plus it really is silly to compare the two. so I do stand corrected.

  • God, I love Brendan's voice! He makes me swoon!

  • he Pink Floyd siada:)

  • Combine Tim Buckley, Brendan Perry and musiceternal and it will take your breath away . . . just perfect.!!

  • its bloody pink floyd

  • the film's name is "swept from the sea".

  • aww too tough for my heart..... great song!

  • Amazing!!!Thank you soooo much for uploading this!

  • what is the name of the film?

  • I second the question. Does anyone know the name of the film?

  • @creepiestdani check above :)

  • @leaderofthepack

in the credits: "Swept by the Sea" directed by Beeban Kidron :)

  • Where can i find the MP3 of this?

  • Awesome!!!

  • A beautiful Tim-Buckley-statement.

  • This is beautiful. Thanks for posting.

  • were I found this song?

  • it have been layed live only.

  • I sure hope that Sir Brendan gives us more to listen to soon, in the form of a disc that has at least 10 cuts if not more. Mr. Buckley may not have had Brendon's vox or style but he sure did write some beautiful songs. Thank you for posting and THANK YOU Brendan for the emotional drugs!

  • its Pink Floyd!

  • @SeattleCat64 what? :D Brendan's vocals?? :DDD Buckley :DD Don't make me laugh my socks off. Brendan is good. But Buckley is incomparable in the means of being one of the greatest vocalist ever born! ~_~

  • great song

  • Great as always :)

  • I heard this live at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles back in 1999.

I guess it was during the time Eye of the Hunter was released.

  • Which film are the images from?

  • It is probably "Swept from the Sea", a 1997 movie with Rachel Weisz.

  • and a little bit polish...

  • brendan perry a true anglo-irishman.

  • Long live Tim Buckley !!!

  • I too would kill for the official (or at least decently mastered version) of all his unreleased stuff :( Hopefully one sunny day.....

  • Wow, Denis, this is truly sublime.

I wish the entire White Sessions with Brendan would be released. I am still a huge admirer of Brendan's solo work.

  • This is beautiful, thank you.
