How To Download YouTube Videos In 1080p Full HD (FREE!)

keepHD is shit, it dosnt even do full 1080P. u cant call a 2min trailer that is 28MB 1080P. it looks fucking shit on a 47" screen, a 1080P video of that length would be 170MB+

i have a question. how do you get 1080 as an option on the youtube video? for me it only goes up to 720p. am i doing something wrong?

Cazper thanks man! Yours was the only alternative that worked. As per usual a 14 yo has the right answer. Why am I not surprised? The quality I am getting is pretty incredible. I use firefox because I found it to be quick. I run win7 64bit so I still have to use explorer on occasion.

I personally prefer using software to download since then i can choose the quality and it just downloads straight away without the hassle of slow browsers etc etc. oh and i personally use safari for windows because its quick and it works really well, sure it doesn't have the functionality of, say, firefox with all the add ons but that means it has less to load and it is pretty quick

@benjimon5 WOW what a long comment! A lot of people dont like having software on their computers to do things like downloading videos becuase it causes clutter especially when you can easily do it online. For the quality thing; I am sure that your software probably does not do 1080p HD? And as you saw if you watched the video there are lots of different qualities to chose from not just 1080p.
