For the blood beasts, are the tanks not supposed to attack them? Should the dps just attack them asap, p.s thanks for the vids, they're great!

@ThatRandomUkulele Tanks are not supposed to attack the Blood Beasts at all. In fact, only Ranged DPS should focus on them, as any attacks they do cause Saurfang to gain Blood Power, which in and of itself is bad. Hope that helps!

Id like to add that consecration wont affect the blood beasts, as they are counted as pets and take only a minimal amount of damage from AoEs, my consecration ticks on them for very low amounts, not enough to aggro them from a kiter, also. dont be afraid to use multi target tank spells such as hammer of the righteous, as long as the beasts are either out of range or the spell is on CD :)

How high does a damage character's dps need to be to down this boss. Is there a minimum people should do before attempting this boss?

@azn4lfe1 Good question! At the absolute minimum, the raid should have a sustained output of around 18.3k DPS. This is (just about) the exact amount of sustained damage needed to beat the 8 minute enrage timer. Even if you have 5 DPS classes, 4k DPS for each player is easily attainable, especially with the raid-wide buffs that are out now.

In short, 5-6 DPS should be absolutely fine for this boss if they're geared accordingly (Tier 9 gear). Hope that helps!
