It might be only a demo, but she has definite control of her moves and of the situation. Remember also that ina real fight, if she lands kicks and punches they hurt, and her opponants would not be coming bakc at her as quickly iif at all.
A cool demo showing flexibility, movie choreography, and lots of rehearsal, but as a demo showing applicable street self-defense skills it's utter silliness. All the jumping nonsense, the flashy high kicks with no impact, the cooperative partners (necessary for a demo, granted) would get this little lady hurt bad if she tried that against real bad guys. Reminds me of when I was her age and thought my cool spinning kicks would keep me safe. Luckily I found out I was wrong without being pounded...
@IronPalm You have a point in what you are saying about the choreography. But I wouldn't dismiss it at utter silliness either. That would be foolish. Just because this is a demo doesn't mean she can't apply it in a real life situation. Remember in a demo she is demonstrating the moves. In a real fight she wouldn't necessarily have to execute the full move. A real fight would happen much faster. From watching her I wouldn't bet against her in a real scrap.
