  • How were they hearing the black chick talk if she was already dead?

  • The final mission was totally foolhardy.

  • Communication delay: 3 hours. "Dammit, Capcom, sign off of World of Warcraft, you're lagging the Pegasus feed!"

  • @Chunkboi "And Flight director... WHY do you have a porn-stache?"

  • @weldonwin just imagine how many chicks he gets man ;) , He's the flight director..!

  • is this mission really real? just simply give me the real deal answer.

  • @MrAneudy34 no, the description clearly tells that this is a science fiction docu-drama..

and besides, manned missions to planets that far away are too dangerous, too long and too expensive.. man didn't even go to mars yet :p

  • I love my home, my earth. Reminds me of Carl Sagan, but instead of saying "we are made of star-dust", I would say "We are made up of Earth-dust'.

  • @UTubeChecker0 The earth is made of star-dust

  • @kaga13: It's more palatable to say "Computers are made of resistors and capacitors" than saying 'Computers are made of quarks'. The latter is correct but former-relation is more closer.

So of course, I don't contest that "Earth is made of star-dust" !!

  • the 1 dislike on this video was an engineer who likes surprises...

  • thumbs up if slowing down in the atmosphere reminded you of arthur C. clarke and the 'ballute' :)

  • 14:52 - If you only knew what the Russian guy was saying. One word is absolutely inapproriate for a movie...

  • i didnt watch the whole video. this cant be real. do they succesfully landed on jupiter? in reality, they cant reach the surface of jupiter cause of the massive gravity force. theyre spaceship wil crushed to dusts in athmosphere of jupiter. and it is imposible to make a live feed from jupiter because even speed of light could reach jupiter in months or year. thats y didnt watch whole video cause this cant be real

  • @2342dsfsdf true but its more like 35 light minuts from earth

  • @2342dsfsdf

They didnt land on Jupiter. Look video before leaving stupid comments.

  • @2342dsfsdf

Holy shit are you an idiot? How can you comment on a video that you haven't even god damn watched...

  • I would have rather sent a robotic lander/rover to IO and Europa. Then I would have done a manned landing on either Ganymead or Callisto.

  • 09:00 What does she mean "drugged up?" I thought they were vitamins or food supplements. What kind of vitamins do they make in the future? Reminds me of the time they used to sell GHB to bodybuilders.

  • @Nmethyltransferase They're anti-rad drugs

  • Love this, and watch it at least once a year. I'll never understand why they even risked the Io landing. It was insane, and completely unnecessary. There are so many more worthy candidates among Jupiter's moons to put boots on the ground and physically explore.

  • @CreatureFeatureFred Try saying that to a geologist or a volcanologist

  • Brilliant show. Thank you for posting. Faved and mirrored on my channel.

  • Why did he die?

  • @esnevip i think he had raditation poisoning

  • @TheAlexagius aah, thanks.

  • @esnevip cancer from radiation.

  • Should've gone to Europa than Io.

  • smh.. radiation radiation. Too bad. Step up your melanin game.

  • some idiots here donk know whetha this film is real or fake. its a film based on science facts. not a real story

  • is this real because i heard it was fake is this true ???

  • @TeHTwist97 it's a what if documentary made by bbc. it looks so real though

  • Good science fiction video . Maybe in fifty years we will be able to set foot on one of the other planets in the solar system .

  • @Mr74cgc 50 years ?!!!!

I sure hope we don't get that lazy !

  • Sense when Pluto is a planet?

  • @1Nekit1 Since 2006 Pluto was NOT a planet :)

  • @genieieiop This movie must be outdated, than...

  • @1Nekit1 Pluto is the same now as it was before the IAU arbitrated its classification. Call it a planet; call it whater; it's still an object of some interest.

  • awesome vid, what was wrong with titan?

  • I remember seeing this a few years ago on tv but they didn't make it to Pluto.

  • @ryanofjammer

WIKI the title.. and youll understand why.. BBC made it to Pluto, Science Channel decided to turn back to Earth after visiting Saturn :)
