you can make them by rubbing of the striker on the side of the match box to a powder consistency, the n add a bit of water to make it a dry paste, slowly add a drop at a time till it is a dry paste and put the match head in, the get for matches you have just made and carefully scrape off the powder of the heads and mix it with some water and dip the rest of the matches in, voila you have strike anywhere matches made from 1 box of matches.

It's so easy to make those strike anywhere matches. You just scrape the phosporus out of the strikers with a knife. Mix that with powdered matchheads and water. Dip the matches and let dry. There you go! So much easier and so much safer cuz the matches won't ignite when you just drop them.
