@milanric It is jointly developed by China and pakistan, there is a Chinese version and Pakistani version, both countries have different needs. Pakistan is much smaller country so doesnt need to fly so far! Also pakstan has access to western technology and is used in its version. Pakstan will produce fc20s MR90s and 5 th and 6th generation stealth fighters and bombers.

The word "Joint development" is misleading in your comment. it does not mean pakistan has done anything. the paki version is only about assembling paki missiles on this fighter and some western imports like radars etc. nothing else.
@vaj99 the engine of JF17 is China’s WS-13 & Russias RD-93. Avionics involve a modern “glass” cockpit of digital screens, using Chinese technologies and commercial processors. its radar is also China’s KLJ-7. So its only assembled in pakistan and that too by chinese engineers.

That's 72 Million Pakistanis who are not Indian. Western Punjabi's may be of Indian race, with Eastern Punjbai's but that's it. Eastern Punjabi's are 2% of India's population. Finally Kashmiri's view themselves are different, and SIndhi's are Indeed Indian by race only.

India has no access to central asia (oil and gas fields) while Pakistan has access to china and central asia. India joined in a civil war within Pakistan. @milanric It is jointly developed by China and pakistan, there is a Chinese version and Pakistani version, both countries have different needs. Pakistan is much smaller country so doesnt need to fly so far! Also pakstan has access to western technology and is used in its version. Pakstan will produce fc20s MR90s and 5 th and 6th generation stealth fighters and bombers.

@vaj99 the engine of JF17 is China’s WS-13 & Russias RD-93. Avionics involve a modern “glass” cockpit of digital screens, using Chinese technologies and commercial processors. its radar is also China’s KLJ-7. So its only assembled in pakistan and that too by chinese engineers.

That's 72 Million Pakistanis who are not Indian. Western Punjabi's may be of Indian race, with Eastern Punjbai's but that's it. Eastern Punjabi's are 2% of India's population. Finally Kashmiri's view themselves are different, and SIndhi's are Indeed Indian by race only.

Surgical Strike by India is an outright war from Pak's perspective.
