  • "This song is like from a videogame"

Yeah, it's an underground game made by an unknown developer, I think the game is called mothereffing GRADIUS !!

    Kids these days...

  • God damn stupid kids don't know about Gradius,

something must be done to revert this blasphemy,

    reeducation is needed.

  • @BrixShitter I'm sixteen and I grew up with Gradius :D

  • Real men play DDR. :D

  • @Kingmerik999 When there were still arcades where I'm at, hell ya I played DDR. I was nervous about sucking at first, but then I just learned to enjoy it. I actually did pretty well at some songs, considering I'm *way* too fat to play the higher levels. This is a favourite of mine. ^^

  • @Kingmerik999

    >DDR

  • @mistle26 wasn't it actually from gradius 2?

  • @galacticcow321 yeahg it was two, I had to replay all my old NES gradius to hear it lol

  • The hero of Gradius is named James Burton. I like to think that he is the descendant of Barry Burton from Resident Evil. Barry's fighting soul lives on.

  • This song sound familiar

  • epic song is epic

  • Ahhh I remember this from DDR MAX2. And that FREEZE that occurs! It kills me every time!

  • I love this one! :D FUCK YEAH!

  • Dude it sounds like music from zelda and mario on ROIDS

  • @crazywownerd It's from a game called gradius 2, a space shooter for the nes and arcade. this is the first level's theme.

  • This is my favorite DDR song ever, even if the difficulty should really be 10 feet for the amount of pain it packs. It's GOOD pain, though. :D

  • I always tire myself halfway through the song

    fuck my asthma

  • wow lol. I always have more adrenaline doing this song cause it's so awesome! AHHH, and goosebumps @ the 8-bit part - 1:09 !

  • this would be an epic theme for an intro for SMBZ (Super Mario Bros. Z)

  • i love this songgg

  • it IS from a video game, a once popular game series called Gradius. the fighter there is what you fly through most of the series

  • "once popular"

What universe are you living in where Gradius isn't popular?

  • lol yeahhhhhh. gradius is and will be the shizzle

  • Gradius FTW!!!

  • @ElecManX It's not popular where I live :/

  • @SlaughterTheFrail I made it popular where I live. Now all of my friends know about Gradius and how legendarily awesome it is.

  • @ElecManX

People hate Gradius mostly came from Canada as they hate this game and play too many Mario and Sonic.

  • @Angsc09 I guess you might be jumping out too quickly on conclusions, for I am Canadian (well, Quebecer but indeed Canadian) and I absolutely love Gradius. And I know a massive amount of people in Quebec who actually loved that game as well, so I don't know where it all came from, but got somewhat of a contradiction, if any.

  • @rockdet

But, however I didn't see any of them doing a let play video and post in this website. so Nuff said.

  • @Angsc09 I did XD

  • this song reminds me of transiberian orchestra

    ...rofl

  • ...This was epic.

Reminds me of Bowser in the Sky from Super Mario 64. :33

  • It reminds me of Pokemon. Just a little bit, though.

  • Love this song

Like Samus and a bit of link at 1:10

  • Would it not be awesome if your Grannie started dancing to this?

  • The song is from Gradius II (aka Vulcan Venture).

  • Guys to download all the songs you want from DDR HOAT, go to onlinevideoconverter. com. is the best place, just copy the url, and is ready! Remember about the new songs...

  • don't thumb me down if I like offend anyone but.. is Mr. T, the, you know, the black Mr. T that says "SHUT UP FOO?!" or is he a Japanese Music Composer? or both?

  • the Mr. T here is Tomoyuki Uchida he's a Japanese Music Composer

  • this is prob the AWESOMEST bomber man song EVER!!!! LOL!!!

  • ...

    It's a song from Gradius.

  • i. know. that.

i said its PROB (probably) the best bomberman song ever.... it could be a bomberman song too -_-'

  • It's from Gradius II (Released for the arcade and famicom, no official US release.) from the second part of the first stage with the giant suns and fire snakes.

  • @aliguytorDX

Actually, they not Giant Suns those are Machine Mechanical of sphere who generate Heat and release Robotic Dragon to hunt Vic Viper down but they fail.

  • this should be for gradius

  • It is from Gradius.

  • Pokemon anyone?

  • I triple a'd this song in ddr max2 in heavy, cuz this song is amazing.

  • Thank you for posting this. Great song.

  • It is from GRADIUS. You can tell from the 8-bit MIDI sample at 1:10.

That, and you might also recognize the ship design if you're an old-school gamer... ^_~

  • Comment removed

  • Sounds like Gradias or the IWBTG Ship part.

  • Beat was stolen from SUPER TENNIS ON SNES.

  • this was the only song i ever got a b on...... when i was 8.

  • when i first played this song im like "WTF AM I DANCING TO POKEMON?!!?!" it sounds just like pokemon -.-

  • SUPER SUPER SUPER catchy

  • GodDAMN that song is catchy.

  • It sounds like something you would hear in a Pokemon game. Nintendo should think about that.

  • It's actually a take on a Earlier Konami Game, Gradius II for the NES (you hear it in the middle it gets all 8 bit). That's the clue as to where they got the idea from.

  • HAHAHA that's true

  • "but the only song based in a video game is Twin Bee from KONAMI"

Incorrect, Gradiusic Cyber, Burning Heat! (3 Option Mix), Akumajo Dracula Medley, and a few others are video game remixes (Konami games of course, but stil...)

Before others ask, I don't count Salamander Beat Crush Mix because the first 6 seconds really is the only part from the song, the rest doesn't feel anything like a remix.

  • love music ^_^
