The truth is, you can't prove or disprove God. Yes, science can explain 99.9% of things, but 90% of those are assumptions and also don't say "the big bang theory dumbass" that theory doesn't explain things even if it is correct. The theory is something like there was a lot of gasses and meteorites and for whatever reason they exploded and created the universe. This could be true, but where did all these rocks and gasses come from?

Science has never proved God wrong. There are christian scientists out there who apparently find it pretty valid. I've already done my research on evolution dude. Not enough bones or evidence to even some what prove that theory. But there is a such thing as adaptation which can take thousands of years. Why don't you do your research on the faults of the whole evolution theory and then you'll understand why i don't believe it's accurate. My religion makes more sense than "evolution".
hey, God didn't have to be created. According to Ritch Deem God could exist out of time which because we live in time, we naturally assume everything needs a cause and effect. Without the premise of time, there is no cause and effect and all things existing in such a realm would have no need of being caused, but would always exist. So God doesn't need to be created and in fact created our demension so it would have a cause and effect. Since God created time cause and effect don't apply to him.

I see where your coming from. But it's common sense. Did you know that if the Earth was moved back from the sun an inch, we would all freeze to death. Any closer and we would burn up. The Earth is just the right size to maintain it's atmosphere. The moon is just the right distance away to keep Earth balanced and give us tides to keep the water from going stagnate. Well I was raised a non-denominational christian and they were ok but when I turned 14 I though hey what else is out there? do any other beliefs seem more likely to be true? and so I decided that I couldn't make that decision cuz I grew up in a christian family and so since then I have decided to live a life where I don't take a side on anything unless it's really big and going to change my life. and so I have many questions but I don't feel that I need the answers now I mean I'm still only 16.
I don't know to me it seems like I don't know all they really reach is if you believe in Jesus Christ and have accepted him as your lord and savior and repent your sins through prayer and read the bible your good. but like I said I'm a neutral until its 100% important and being 16 it's not important to me so maybe when i grow up and under stand the world and have had some sort of tragedy that changes me then no I'm not gonna be "saved" because there are to many unknowns in the world to decided

As far as I know, the song was authored during a time when the band's lead singer, Isaac Slade, was going through a very rough time in his life.

You really think that? Wow. Firstly science wasn't used to prove anything dealing with religion. Whenever science tried to prove god it proved that there wasn't one. I know you may be stuck in your religion, but honestly how can you believe that bs? I want YOU to do some research. Look up and understand evolution and when you can't tell me it's wrong besides the reason that "It doesn't agree with your religion" then you'll understand a lot more then you do now.

Science has never proved God wrong. There are christian scientists out there who apparently find it pretty valid. I've already done my research on evolution dude. Not enough bones or evidence to even some what prove that theory. But there is a such thing as adaptation which can take thousands of years. Why don't you do your research on the faults of the whole evolution theory and then you'll understand why i don't believe it's accurate. My religion makes more sense than "evolution".

hey, God didn't have to be created. According to Ritch Deem God could exist out of time which because we live in time, we naturally assume everything needs a cause and effect. Without the premise of time, there is no cause and effect and all things existing in such a realm would have no need of being caused, but would always exist. So God doesn't need to be created and in fact created our demension so it would have a cause and effect. Since God created time cause and effect don't apply to him.

yeah I get what your saying but what if people invented god just so they had a reason to live because they were to weak to live knowing that there was nothing left for them? what if god doesn't exist and you waste your time doing things for this god but when you die you just go in to an udder state of perpetual blackness?
personally I am gonna live life to it's fullest because not having a 100% guarantee on my after life why should I strive for some possible non existent goal?

I see where your coming from. But it's common sense. Did you know that if the Earth was moved back from the sun an inch, we would all freeze to death. Any closer and we would burn up. The Earth is just the right size to maintain it's atmosphere. The moon is just the right distance away to keep Earth balanced and give us tides to keep the water from going stagnate. Everything is just so precise. I guess some people just don't see the complexity. Well you probably do because your not as stubborn.

You know, people like that are the # 1 cause of atheism today. Hypocrites right. I mean i can't live the perfect life but at least i try. But i'll be praying for you so you make the right choices. My religion is all about faith and common sense. Christ died for our sins so we can be saved from hell. I actually enjoy this.

I am a southern Baptist, but my church isn't like all black or anything. It's mostly white with a mix of other ethnicities. Not that I'm racist. I'm just saying that because most people mistake us as like, you know. Standing up and clapping and stuff. We are more relaxed.

Well I was raised a non-denominational christian and they were ok but when I turned 14 I though hey what else is out there? do any other beliefs seem more likely to be true? and so I decided that I couldn't make that decision cuz I grew up in a christian family and so since then I have decided to live a life where I don't take a side on anything unless it's really big and going to change my life. and so I have many questions but I don't feel that I need the answers now I mean I'm still only 16.

Yes God does accept and forgive everyone. All you need in order to receive his forgiveness is seek him with a contrite heart and ask for forgiveness.
God does not want to see anyone suffer. We are all his children and he loves us and for that very purpose he sent his Son Jesus to die for us. To take away our sins so that we can once again be blameless in God's eyes.
This song is about the singer realizing that God is there and that he never left him alone.

The song is about the singer giving god a piece of his mind, now that he's finally found him. It is basically asking where is the divine entity, seeing how bad things happen to good people. As far as I know, the song was authored during a time when the band's lead singer, Isaac Slade, was going through a very rough time in his life.

So, yes it is much more...optimistic to believe in some beautiful after-life where all good things happen, but not everybody is optimistic enough to believe that.
