Halo 4 is rumored to be in development by Gearbox and MS internal Halo team led by Frank O'Connor and will probably be a launch title for the next XBox. This is a 360 title do out sometime next year (not necessarily next fall...Falls 2010 refers to the Fall of Reach as in Reach will Fall in 2010)

SonicShooter15, Halo Wars was made by a different company, had pre-rendered cutscenes, was lacking gameplay graphics, wasn't a fps and wasn't as deep as Halo 1,2 & 3. Ontop of that, the company that made it was disbanded while the game was being made, so full effort was not put into it. I'm not say it was bad, but it wasn't as good as the trailers made it out to be.

just as an aside, "wasn't an fps", no-one ever said Halo Wars was going to be an FPS so that doesn't really count as a valid complaint. Also, it was never going to be as deep as the main Halo games, Halo Wars only ever set out to persue the arch away from the Master Chief. However, I do agree that there could have been more to the game, but FPS is a genre thats kinda fallen by the wayside, games just aren't deep enough anymore!
