okay well, thats the truth. a few chopped up ping pong balls in one, then wrap it all up in aluminum foil. Others we have done havn't gone quite as good as this one; i reckon we just got really lucky. even so, it looks great :D

fuse is just a match, but all you need to do is to light the ping pong material.

and the fuel is just chopped up ping pong balls; do a search of "make a ping pong ball bomb" on youtube to find exact instructions.
