I am trying to get into HR as an assistant. I have a B.S. degree in Business with an emphasis in Information Systems. I am considering either a graduate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology OR a general (masters) HR Management degree. I'm not sure which one is better.

I want to go into my own business and I think psychology is important in motivation, but employment is is essential in this field (is it not?)

the hr biz is filled with alot of miserable dumpy married with children guys that hate bachelor studs out bar hoppin and fuking the cable bunnies for sport....if you are a single stud, HR aint for you...also hr is filled with FLAMING FEMINNAZIES, that are anti male and are often bull dykes..if you are a cool stud...think about another career field.
