@MsBlinggirl When you open your base image.. Upload your photos take the photos and make it into a single image .. then take your picture and drag it over.... If that doesn't help; restarting your photoshop or looking for a tutorial on it.

@lilnesha314 the reason it takes up the whole background is because she choose a really small size of blank file and most picture are bigger than that, what u do is drag the photo one way then you can chnge the size by the ends of photos.
