@spanishboi7 i was wondering the same thing, i want one so that i dont quit, i dont know what it is, but my guess would be some card that u need to go to big tournaments like shonen jumps (i know they arent called that anymore, w.e.).

Find a sanctioned Konami event (the Ancient Prophecy Sneak Preview was recently, they might have given them out there, I don't know, I haven't gone to a Sneak Preview since the UDE days). I got mine at the Regionals in Rockville MD on June 28th

It has a number and a barcode on the back but I haven't had a tournament that uses them, It's supposed to be scanned but the tournaments done by Dream Wizards haven't done it. There's supposed to be a record but the site still doesn't have the points from that tournament up.
