phil collen is the biggest poseur I've ever seen, I think the whole 'watch my facial expression while i really FEEL this guitar' is unbelieveably cheesy - I think some of the notes are nice, almost too nice, guys like angus young, gary moore, and janick gers, guys who are geniunley into it, not caring what it looks like and 100% off their tits going absolutley mental is so much better

It's a shame really.. Viv is quit a good guitarplayer and Hysteria is not the same for me without that loud and calming chord progression throughout the song.

@jesse17ful What is more amazing is that he seems to be using an acoustic kit. When he first lost his arm he used an electronic drum kit. I guess after 20 years, he's gotten to the point where he's adapted so well to one arm, he went back to a natural sounding, acoustic kit. Pretty impressive.

drkdglr13 i just seen them last friday. I totally agree on the vocals part. But that being said they were still awesome. Vivian and Phil ARE THE SHOW. Not Joe. Those two guitar players are the BEST tandem alive. I challenge anyone to come up with a pair that just shreds it like those two. Not AC/DC or Aerosmith both have the best leads but not two leads like these two guys

This is my favorite band and my favorite song ever. That said I have to agree. Joe does not sound good here at all and I really hate saying that. Rick, Sav, Phil, and Viv all sound great though. If you want to hear a good performance of Hysteria check out the one from Crossroads, Denver 1988, or from VH1 Storytellers. All very nice.
