'Cause it's simply just too much "hold right".

Yes, don't jump on me, I'm aware if you just do that, you'll die. But a LOT of it is. The raw speed "hold right!" moments in the classic Sonics lastest no more than 5 seconds, yet they take up the majority of this game.

Plus, water biking? Please.

Advanced seemed to be closer to the originals (whicch is what every Sonic developer is striving/failing to do these days) than the Rush series.

I might be able to shed some light on why peeps didn't like it. After talking to a lot of people about their opinion, the main reason is cause it has too much extra stuff that they thought was useless. (the sailing and treasure things) And they preferred Hideki Naganuma's talent over the music in this game...however they all agree that the Sky B. Stage has the best song in the whole game.

so far my best time is 2'02'59, which places 4th in the world ranking (my name is Rockman Xelnia but it's spelled using Japanese Katakana) Though I acquired a few good tricks from this vid, I'd still say you could have done better.  I still find it hard to believe that people can do this stage in 1'43 though. My hat goes off to you until I beat that time. ^_^

my best time is now 1'50"47 with Sonic. I think it might be faster with blaze skipping those enlargement/siz reduction areas. It took a lot of hard work still....

Alright,Sonic Rush Adventure has no more of that hip-hop,techno music you hate... except for 1 level nor does it have the hardcore, bang your head rock music frm sonic adventure.

It just has music that fits the style of the level,just being itself. Is dat good enough?

I'm glad the music isn't as overhyped like in sonic rush. The music in this level gives me nostalgia. It's old skool. lol
